Warehouse Associate Maryland

• Material Tracking & Reporting: Ensure all materials arrive as expected for timely project completion. Upload material information and the manifest into Salesforce upon arrival. 

• Inventory Management: Perform weekly inventory checks of materials and hardware, reporting findings to the Production Manager every Friday. 

• Warehouse & Yard Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and yard, ensuring that the workspace is safe and efficient. 

• Morning Load-Out: Organize and stage materials for daily job assignments, ensuring all necessary items are ready and available the day before the job starts. 

• Use of Technology: Must be comfortable using a computer to input and track material data and upload manifests into Salesforce. 

• Fabrication Knowledge: A solid understanding of fabrication processes is required for the Ashburn, VA location, as this site handles specialized materials and preparation for projects. 

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 

• Basic computer skills (Salesforce experience is a plus). 

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 

• Physical ability to lift materials and move items as needed in the warehouse or yard. 

• Reliable and punctual. 

Clock-In/Out System: All employees are required to clock in and out using the designated timekeeping system. Employees must clock out if they leave the office or warehouse during the workday.
