Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Region I / Region II
Compensation: $80,000 Base Salary + Commission
Position Overview:
MC Fence and Deck is seeking two motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Managers to lead and optimize sales operations in Region I and Region II. The RSMs will play a critical role in developing their region’s sales team, ensuring performance excellence, jobs are being sold properly and achieving sales targets. This dynamic position combines hands-on coaching, training, strategic planning, and performance assessment, with a focus on driving growth and maintaining our company’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Oversight & Coaching:
Conduct a minimum of 20 ride-along per month (10 solo/10 ride with)
10 ride along with Project Managers to evaluate their performance and provide constructive feedback to the Regional General Manager (RGM).
Personally achieve 10 solo appointments per month to lead by example and meet sales goals.
Complete monthly performance reviews for all sales team members in the region.
Sales Generation & Appointments:
Regularly assess appointment metrics to identify improvement opportunities across the region.
Training & Development:
Facilitate weekly sales training sessions to develop the team’s skills and maintain their focus on company objectives.
Recruit and onboard new talent, ensuring proper training and integration into the regional sales team and technology.
Develop and deliver impactful slide decks and other training materials to support the team. Based on observations in the field.
Operational Excellence:
Produce and analyze monthly sales numbers and reports, presenting actionable insights.
Review contracts daily for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with customer needs.
Travel as required to various locations within the region to conduct in-person performance assessments and foster team collaboration.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coach a team effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SalesForce, and virtual presentation tools.
