Financial Controller

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Financial Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial activities, including regulatory reporting, financial analysis, and payroll. Experience with Xero, balance sheet reconciliation, technical accounting, IFRS, and public accounting is highly desirable.

Duties
- Manage all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, and revenue recognition
- Conduct monthly and annual financial closings
- Prepare financial statements in compliance with IFRS standards
- Develop and maintain internal controls
- Analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes

Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
- Proven work experience as a Financial Controller or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with financial software and advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach
