Trellis, Arbor, Or Pergola?
There is often confusion about whether a structure should be called a trellis, arbor, or pergola. When I am talking about a trellis to a client, i'm describing a vertical plant support that is usually attached to the house or garage. An overhead structure to support plantings is called an arbor. Arbors can be any shape and are often arched. Arbors are usually open-air structures that someone can walk through. A pergola is used as an accent piece over a house entrance, deck, or patio and provide partial shade. Find out more information from the experts at M.C. Fence and Deck. 1-571-436-0498
