I couldn't be more pleased!

Dear Mr. Colwell,

This week, your company completed the installation of a fence at my home. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. The quality of workmanship is outstanding! The purpose of this letter is to recognize Jairo Romero and Shane Boyle, the installers. The fence I chose was labor intensive and they worked extremely hard. Every day I would ask Jairo, "Do you think you will finish today?" and he would just smile and explain where they were in the process, being careful to not make any promises. All of my questions were answered about installation and caring for the fence in the future. In addition, Jairo took initiative to discuss certain areas of the perimeter of my yard that were unique and explained how they were going to handle them. He wanted to be sure I would agree and be happy. This team was punctual, worked very hard, wasted no time, cleaned up the work site daily, and were very professional.
