Overall, we are fine with the job done. Some of the work done was a bit sloppy (e.g., sloppy mitre joints etc.) and the lumber quality could have been better (excessive knots; a large number of balusters needed to be replaced right away, which was done without much discussion), but the price was very reasonable. However, in retrospect, we would have been happy to pay more for better lumber and more careful attention to detail during installation. I guess it was our mistake not to spell out beforehand what we expected. Overall, we would still be happy to recommend this company. Just make sure that you spell out your expectations explicitly.
