I typically do not write comments or views of my experiences working with vendors I have used. In this particular case I felt compelled to write one. My first direct contact with MC Fence And Deck was interacting with Mr. John Avara, who visited my home to do an estimate. Mr. Avara from the very beginning made me feel at ease in that I was not dealing with your typical sales person trying to pressure me into completing a sale. From there on my working with Mr. Avara was a pleasure. He maintained his commitments, easy to access with questions, responded to me in a timely basis, and when necessary accommodating to my particular needs. Materials needed were delivered on time, and the crew dispatch to do the job (a backyard fence) did a professional job. I was home while the job was being performed and I could see they took their time to ensure that the fence was built according to my specifications. Before the crew left I had a chance to chat with them, they left the yard and driveway very clean, and I could sense how much pride they took on the work they do. Thank you Mr. Avara for making me, AND my wife happy! And also for introducing me to you lovely companion dog, JoJo.
