We are satisfied customers from Glen Burnie. The process of booking an appointment was quick and easy, the customer service representative was helpful and accommodating. John Avara was friendly and attentive to our concerns and needs. He helped us to make some good decisions. Even when we changed our mind in mid-process about the number of gates it wasn’t a big deal. Philippe and his crew did the job quickly (within one day) and professionally. Philippe was very good with explanations, showing how things work, and he did some additional job of repairing our old gates without charging an additional price.
