Install4 board fence across front yard with 2 gates.approx 220 feet

Hi there! We are looking to start getting free estimates on the costs of enclosing our backyard and begin learning everything required to do so. We currently have 3/4 of our new backyard (square shaped) "fenced" in, but the fence does not connect to the house, making it so our dog cannot roam unattended. Our main priority currently is closing off the backyard by having a fence installed connecting the house to the existing side fences. The existing fences, however, are our neighbors who have verbally permitted us to connect our future fence to theirs, so we were unsure if there was a process for that aspect. A rough estimate of each area to the sides of the house would be about 15 feet each. On one side, we would also like to install a double gate to allow a car back there, if needed. We are thinking of potentially a tall, white, vinyl fence for this project. Additionally, we would love to price out what it would cost to potentially replace our back and side fence (the 3rd side is in good condition). Due to the high cost of vinyl, we would probably go with a cheaper option if we could afford to fence more than just the original project. If possible, we would love to quote out 3 separate quotes (one for each side that were potentially hoping to get done), that way we know what we could afford to do now in addition to the white vinyl fence and what we will need to save for later. If the price is good, our neighbors have also spoken about replacing their back fence, so we could spread the word to them as well once we have a cost estimate! We would like to know the total cost to install a chain link/steel fence for a 2.5-acre property. We only want the fencing installed on both sides (712 feet and 752 feet), not on the front or rear. Could you please provide us with the material and installation costs? Thank you.
